Builder, strategist, and operator with more than a decade of experience across finance, technology, entrepreneurship, product, and business development.

Commercial lending, credit, financial readiness, and the mechanics of how businesses access money.
Turning operating problems into user flows, products, platforms, and digital experiences.
Understanding customers, positioning, partnerships, distribution, and what moves a business forward.
Using software, AI, automation, and modern development tools to compress the distance between an idea and something usable.
Seeing how people, incentives, workflows, technology, and capital interact rather than treating each problem in isolation.
Left college and began learning through building. That year I co-founded Innosolutions, an early venture around mobile application development and brokering digital-development opportunities. Around the same time I helped launch the Shore Renaissance Project on the Jersey Shore, focused on entrepreneurship, technology training, and economic opportunity for people facing unemployment and disruption.
The instinct was already there, even if the words came later: capable people often lack access rather than ability.
Left college. Co-founded Innosolutions around mobile applications and digital-development opportunities. Helped launch the Shore Renaissance Project.
Worked around opportunity sourcing and business development at a small private investment and business-development firm. Early exposure to how investors think about companies, growth, and capital needs.
Worked directly around business lending, borrower qualification, documentation, lender communication, and commercial financing structures. A practical education in commercial capital.
Worked with dozens of direct clients and hundreds of consumers across credit, financial positioning, and funding readiness. Consulting engagements reached up to $10,000. Hands-on knowledge of credit reports, risk factors, FCRA and CFPB processes, and financial readiness.
Founded an independent commercial-finance brand serving businesses and commercial real estate financing needs. Built the brand, website, borrower funnel, intake process, financing programs, lead-management system, and lender relationships.
Started after years of working in commercial finance. Built a fintech platform around business lending, borrower readiness, lender connectivity, loan calculators, qualification flows, digital deal-room concepts, and CRM/API workflows.
Build digital products, AI-enabled workflows, customer-facing experiences, automation, and practical business systems. Work spans product strategy, customer journeys, implementation, workflow design, AI, and digital execution. Across consulting and independent ventures, more than 400 digital products, websites, and prototypes built or contributed to.
Developed AI-enabled credit-intelligence tools and workflows around credit analysis, financial readiness, customer onboarding, dashboards, and financial-professional use cases.
The work today is increasingly about combining what came before: finance, technology, product, systems, design, AI, and entrepreneurship.
Aaron continues to build, advise, explore new opportunities, and look for unusually interesting teams and problems where multidisciplinary thinking is useful.
I have changed industries, business models, tools, and job titles more than once. The questions that hold my attention have changed much less.
Why do some capable people get access to opportunity while others do not?
How do you make complicated systems easier to navigate?
What happens when technology gives a small team dramatically more leverage?
How do you build something that remains useful after the excitement of building it is gone?
Those questions still shape the things I work on.
The constant / 06
The questions change. The refusal to stop asking them is the part I learned early.
Never quit and never let anyone tell you something can't be done.

The next decade is already underway. I know the problems worth solving, the people worth learning from, and the standard I hold the work to. What stays constant is the instinct: get inside a complicated system, understand it, and leave a better version behind.
If the problem is serious and the thinking is multidisciplinary, I want to be part of it.
